Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply commitment on the part of the organiser to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration Fees:
Cancellation requests must be made to the Congress Secretariat in writing. For cancellations received by the 31st August 2004, a 30% administrative charge will be made. After that date refunds will not be possible but registration can be transferred to another person.

Accommodation:
Non-refundable as at 15 September, 2004.

Social:
Deposit is non-refundable as at 15 September, 2004.

Tours:
Tours are non-refundable as at 15 September, 2004.
